Volunteer Coach Agreement
Dear Coach,
Thank you for your interest in serving as a volunteer coach with The Golden Knights FC. We are excited to have you support our mission of providing a positive, developmental soccer experience for youth in our community.
This agreement outlines your role and expectations:
Your Role
You will assist with practices and/or games for an assigned team, under the guidance of a lead coach or club manager. Your focus will be on player development, safety, and promoting good sportsmanship.
Commitment
We ask that you:
Attend practices and games you commit to
Communicate scheduling conflicts in advance
Follow the club’s coaching philosophy and safety procedures
Requirements
Before beginning, you must:
Submit to a background check
Sign the Volunteer Coach Code of Conduct
Complete any additional onboarding requested
This is an unpaid volunteer position and may be ended by either party at any time. Your time and effort are sincerely appreciated, and we look forward to working with you to make this season a success.
